Our People

Jill Lewis is a Partner in the firm. She specialises in Family Law and is a member of the Family Panel Accreditation scheme. She has over twenty years Post Qualification Experience.

She is a specialist in Family Law and has particular expertise relating to complex ancillary matters and has regularly represented parents in Residence and Contact issues.

Jill also deals with Wills and Probate matters.

She has recently advised in cases involving :

Complex matrimonial ancillary matters over £1 million including foreign property.
Complex residence and access disputes involving drug and alcohol abuse

Kevan Lines is a Partner in the firm. He has over twenty years Post Qualification Experience. He advises in areas of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and Civil Litigation.

He has recently advised in cases involving;

Complex and high value personal injury claims including fatal accident claims.

Wills and Probate work including complex and contested probate.

Private criminal work including complex road traffic cases.

Commercial property including Leaseholds

Tracy Wilkes is a Partner of the Firm

She has over Fourteen Years Post Qualification Experience.

She regularly advises in cases involving;

- Elderly client advice

- Lasting Power of Attorney Property and Affairs / Personal Welfare

- Court of Protection matters

- Children Law

- Conveyancing (Freehold and Leasehold)

- Bankruptcy

- Public Law

- Private Criminal Cases (Tracy is an accredited police station representative and and an accredited magistrates Court Duty Solicitor)

In relation to children issues she has represented parents in care proceedings, including Care and Special Guardianship orders and continues to regularly represent clients in this field.

She has recently advised in cases involving:

Serious non-accidental injuries to young children and whether such injuries could be explained by medical conditions
Historic allegations of sexual and physical abuse with implications for assessment of risk
